Why This Exists
Most men are taught to move through the world with tension. Most of us were never taught how to rest. How to move with ease. How to be in our bodies without tension. Society normalizes and enforces that men carry:
⦿ Shoulders tight with stress.
⦿ Chests guarded by pressure.
⦿ Stomach inflamed from emotional burden.
Move. Breathe. Rise. is a space for men of color to return to that knowing of rest, ease, and being. We do this through movement, breathwork, and reflection alongside other men on the same path.

This is for men who:
Want strength
Without being in fight mode.
Feel Disconnected
From their breath and body
Are Carrying Too Much
Physically, emotionally, spiritually
Are Ready to Shift
Into a deeper healing practice
Want to be in Community
With other like-minded men of color
What Makes This Different
This is not a class you just watch.
This is a space where you move, reflect, speak, and grow—with others. You’ll walk away with tools you can use day-to-day—on your commute, in a moment of stress, before bed, in tough conversations. You don’t need to be experienced. You just need to be present.
What You’ll Experience
⦿ Day 1: MOVE
Grounding asana for strength, stability, and embodied awareness. “We begin by creating space in the body—inviting presence through movement.”

⦿ Day 2: BREATHE
Nervous-system reset breathwork to clear emotional blockages and sharpen focus. “Your breath is your anchor. It is your truth. It is uniquely you.”

⦿ Day 3: RISE
A blend of movement and breathwork with a focus on practical implementation. Reflect on how you’re bringing these practices into your daily life—on your own terms. “We don’t rise alone. We rise together.”
