Embodied Narrative Lab
honoring personal story through yoga
A Virtual Workshop Series
Oct. 4, 11, 18, 25
10 AM - 12 PM CST
Welcome to Embodied Narrative Lab, a place to honor personal story through yoga.
Whether you heard about this offering from one of us (Ashika or Morgan), a friend, or on social media — we’re glad you’ve found your way here.
In the fast pace of daily life, it’s rare to slow down and truly listen — to ourselves and to the stories we carry. This four-week, intimate virtual gathering offers a space to reconnect with your body, explore the power of movement, and give voice to the narratives that live within you.
Each week, we’ll meet to build trust, move together through yoga asana and breathwork, and gently craft the story you wish to tell — whether it’s one of heartbreak, joy, loss, anger, or anything in between. In our final session, we’ll hold space for a group story telling session.
If this resonates with you or you’re just curious, we welcome you to complete the interest form below.
